Ingredients (Serves 2 | Prep time: 10m Cooking time: 20m | 550 calories & 30g fat p/serving)

– x2 Fish from the fish counter (boned and filleted)
– 1-2 cups of Natural Breadcrumbs
– x2 tbsp Lemon Juice
– x2 tbsp Oil
– Grated Parmesan
– x3 tbsp black Pepper
– Veg to serve

  1. Cool, let us know how you get on. This also tastes great done with chicken breasts – just coat each piece in flour then egg first, then coat in the breadcrumbs.

  2. My boyfriend hates fish *rolls eyes* will try this with chicken breasts though it looks delicious 🙂

  3. Ah shame, you can't get better than fresh tasting fish of the fish counter. Does taste amazing with Chicken too though, hope he likes it!
