Third harvest of my peppers from this year (first timer). Pretty impressed with the quantity and quality so far, mainly been growing Habanero, Ghosts and Caroline Reapers with some Thai chilis and Tabasco for good measure.
Will be adding this onto the smoker then food dehydrator for longer term use during the freezing winters here.
