  1. Hi there – don't you look so cute in your ivory top. I kept thinking – Nooooo, tomato and purple splatters are going to jump on it, haha. Love that pot you cooked it all up in. I found it in your store – hope to get it, when we're in the house. Signing papers for closing on it THIS Thursday. So it's all moving ahead. BTW – I just finished the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate, T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies through eCornell last week! Take care

  2. Good afternoon Healthy Emmie. You're looking great today as always in your ivory top and that headband. That one pot veggie bean chili you're making looks absolutely delicious. Thanks for sharing another of your great recipes – and helping me reach my weight loss goals this year, based on your recommendations for healthy eating. 😊😊👍👍

  3. We label our spices with washi tape 😉
Also, summer came and went here earlier this month in Minnesota, and it's winter again, so I'm going to make this recipe! 🥶

  4. Currently cooking on my stovetop for dinner!!! My faves are Mexican and Italian but I really crave Indian sometimes as well!!! Variety is the spice of life! 😊

  5. Love 😍 vegan chilli and I make it in my instant pot and leftovers reheated in the microwave. Thanks for sharing this recipe video beautiful & healthy Emmie. Love 🥰the video and love 💕Emmie.

  6. Teacher trick: you can write on glass and plastic with permanent marker. When you want to change or erase, simply go over the print with a dry erase marker, let dry for about 20 seconds and wipe off. It will take the permanent marker right off like magic 🪄

Can you share who makes that pan you’re using?

  7. Your bravery in making this recipe in a totally white dress with no apron is unparalleled. That alone would make me want a to try it.

  8. What kind of celery would you normally add? The green stalks or the white roots?
Looks really delicious! I will definitely try this!
My favorite is asian cuisine 🤩

  9. Just made this recipe for lunch but as a soup (I just left out some of the tomatoes and added a box of no oil/no sugar, vegan low sodium broth). I garnished with cilantro and lime juice. Great recipe, Emmie!

  10. This looks great! I grew up eating bean chili because my father was vegetarian- I didn't even know chili was "supposed to" have meat until I was close to my teens!
For labeling- if you want to keep the clean aesthetic, try labeling the bottom of the jar with a clear label or clear tape/sharpie! That way you can have the look you love, and keep your houseguests happy, lol. Thanks for another fun vid!
