Ingredients:
• Heath Riles BBQ Chicken Rub
• Bell Peppers
• 8oz Block of Cream Cheese
• 2 cups Shredded Chicken
• 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
• 1/2 cup Green Onions
• 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
• 1/2 cup Chicken Stock

Directions:
1. Get your oven fired up or set to 400º.
2. Cut your bell peppers in half. Take out the core and the seeds.
3. Mix shredded chicken, Heath Riles BBQ Chicken Rub, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, chopped green onions, a few slices of chopped bell peppers, and grated parmesan cheese to a bowl. Mix it together.
4. Fill bell pepper halves with the mixture.
5. Place the bell peppers in a cast iron dish. Dust with Heath Riles BBQ Chicken Rub and grate more parmesan cheese over the top. Pour 1/2 cup of chicken stock in the cast iron dish.
6. Place skillet covered in foil in your oven for 30 minutes.
7. After 30 minutes, take them out, grate more parmesan cheese over the top, and return to the oven uncovered for about 10 minutes.
8. After 10 minutes, remove them from the oven and let them cool. Enjoy!

  2. Nice new pizza oven, be aware its Celsius on the outside of that gauge, Fahrenheit on the inside. You said 400 in the video, but looks like it was 700 °F. Looking forward to you throwing down some pizzas on that thing too.
