Taste: sweet, delicious and fruity
Consistency: just perfect
Spiciness: holy fuck
I tried it with cheese and sandwiches so far and it was perfect, I'm pretty sure it will be great for other stuff.
I used this recipe:

The recipe used sweet peppers as a main ingredient while I used hot peppers only.
I also added a bit of lemon juice. It would be good to add tiny amount of salt as well but I forgot.
I recommend smaller jars, these are way too big.
