Avocado Omelette with Crushed Red Chili Pepper Recipe
Makes 1 Serving
Ingredients:
1 Tbs Ghee
2 Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Crushed Red Chili Pepper
How to Make Crushed Red Chili Pepper | Preserving the Cayenne Peppers Harvest
1/2 Avocado
In a skillet heat Ghee over medium low heat.
Beat 2 Eggs.
Pour Eggs into hot Ghee.
Add Salt, Pepper & Crushed Red Chili pepper to taste.
Crisscross cut 1/2 an Avocado.
Loosen Omelette edges.
Flip
Squeeze on Avocado.
Fold Omelette
