  1. Turkish Eggs Inspired Recipe

    In a bowl add 3 tablespoons of yogurt, one fourth teaspoon of garlic powder, one fourth teaspoon of smoked paprika, one fourth teaspoon of black pepper and mix the ingredients well until all the yogurt gets a runny consistency.
    In a heated pan add two tablespoons of olive oil and heat it. Add two eggs in the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat so the eggs cook completely.
    Dish out the eggs in the plate, add the prepared sauce. Add some chilli oil on top. Chilli oil can be made by heating chilli flakes and smoked paprika powder in butter.
    Sprinkle some oregano on top to give it additional flavor.
