For this recipe I used
-4 potatoes
-Four chicken breast
-Tortillas
– 8 tomatoes
– half an onion
– garlic
– 1 tsp of cumin
– 1 tsp of garlic powder
– oregano (one hand full)
– 1 tablespoon of chicken flavor seasoning
– oil
-queso fresco cheese
– sour cream
– cabbage
For the salsa I used
– 10 tomatoes
– 4 California chili pods
– 7 Chile de árbol
– 2 garlic cloves
– a piece of onion
– a handfuls of oregano
– salt
