8 ft tall Thai pepper

This guy got to 8 feet this year from seed. In MD and we had a super hot spell early summer so some stretch is understood, but this is crazy because I have others that sat in the same environment and stayed less than 1 foot tall, but they were 3 year established plants from different seed stock. These giants are f1, and this is the tallest one. The shortest one was 2 feet tall but fruited top to bottom.

This one is in a 10 gal living soil fabric pot with ac Infiniti bottom watering tray below. Another is in 20 gal fabric pot with organic miracle grow soil and espoma tomato tone, but produced far less and I don’t want to keep it. The nice one in the picture gives me about 25 reds every day for the past 3 weeks but it’s getting cold.

If anyone has any knowledge to share I would appreciate it. My question is; should I overwinter this plant and propagate more, or is it common and not important? Or is it something completely differed and I’m just lost?
