Peppers

This is my first time growing spicy peppers, and I’m looking for ways to make the most of my small batch

One is scorpions, the other was supposed to be ghost peppers

What should I add, what should I do? I was reading about using garlic onions and bell peppers vinegar and xantham gum — but I would be very open to public suggestions and recommendations — I’ve never grown anything like this before and I don’t want my hard work to spoil

I would try a standard salsa recipe, but just substitute jalapenos for those peppers…adjust to heat levels.

    4 tomatoes
    Half an onion
    3-5 cloves of garlic
    1 or 2 scorpion peppers
    1 tbsp Salt
    1 tsp Cumin
Handful of cilantro ( usually just use half of the bunch I buy at the grocery store)
    1 cup of water.

Place a cup of water in a pot and begin to simmer. While it’s heating up, dice up the onion, tomatoes, garlic, and peppers. Add it all to the pot. Simmer for 30 minutes to 40 minutes. (The longer, the sweeter it gets). Once it’s done, put it in a blender, add the salt, cumin, and cilantro. Blend until everything is thoroughly combined.
