
I harvested the last of my scorpion peppers today. I had to defoliate and trim the plants to bring them in to overwinter because I am going out of town for a few weeks and frost is coming, but I had a few immature green peppers that I just couldn’t wait any longer on.
Any suggestions on what I can do with them?
I have been making hot sauce with the red/ ripe ones but I tried one of the green ones and it was pretty bitter. Any suggestions on what I can do with them? Has anyone dried and crushed green ones before?
I also have some green cayenne I’m not sure what I should do with.
