


I harvested these from my indoor garden this morning and started a ferment. I plan to make a hot sauce when ready. š„µ
Ingredients:
19 cayenne (buena mulata)
3 datil
2 murasaki
2 garlic cloves
1/4 onion
3.5% saltwater brine
I have 2 other ferments going right now and they smell wonderful! I can't wait to try making the sauces š
