I have a ghost pepper plant and some of my chillis have these white markings on them, it almost looks like the pith from the inside of the chilli that somehow shows on the outside.
I've had a look online and all I can really find is Powdery Mildew, but it doesn't look like that – so I'm a bit stuck!
