Here’s the full recipe:
Ingredients:
7 garlic (chopped)
5 chili (preferably red para mas maanghang)
2 tsp chili flakes (or 5 more chillis)
1/2 cup olive oil (for healthier option, you can use any cooking oil)
Just multiply ingredients for bigger portion.

Directions:
1. Chop garlic and chilli manually or using a chopper or food processor. The finer the chop the better.
2. In a pan, mix garlic, chilli, oil
3. Simmer in low heat until the garlic is light brown. Stir constantly to not over cook approx 10 mins
4. Turn off heat.
5. Add chilli or cayenne powder.
6. Stir and remove pan from heat
7. Cool to room temperature
8. Transfer to container
9. Can be stored in the fridge up to 3 months (kung aabot ng 3 months hahaha)
10. Serve with lugaw, siomai or any ulam.

Bon appetit!
