Delicious Mushroom and Capsicum Masala Curry Recipe – A Special Side Dish for Chapati.
A few ingredients are enough to make this mushroom recipe. The cooking time is 15 minutes and preparation time less than 30 minutes. Capsicum Mushroom Masala is healthy nutrients rich food and good to have with chapati, roti, naan etc.
Ingredients : –
Onion 150g
Mushroom 200g
Capcicum/bell peppers 200g
Tomato 100g
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 3/4 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1-2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Lemon 1/2
Salt for taste.

** If you want thick Gravy, add Cashew nuts or Almond paste.
** Yogurt also can be used to get thick gravy.
