Houston – We woke up to a very windy morning . My Capsicum Pepper plant got knocked down and terracotta planter broke . Seems to me she’s root bound and that could be the reason why I’m not getting any peppers . Will repot her and was wondering if I should mess the roots a bit to give them some air or just repot her in a bigger planter adding some more soil .
