    When you say, “lemon pepper jerk chicken,” what does “jerk” mean? I know…silly question! I’ve heard it a lot though referring to a food item, but have no clue what it means.

    Well, we made them tonight. EXCELLENT. Our jerk sauce was a hot one and added just a little spice. Quite a mess to clean up but well worth it.
