KFC-STYLE CHILI CHEESE FRIED CHICKEN | KUSINA NI INDAY | VLOG #101

If I could wish some of my favorite food a come back it would be KFC Chili Cheese Fried Chicken. I really missed it, since it has been phased out for years already. The only thing I could do is to re-create it to have a taste of it again. Let me share how I make my own version of this KFC-Style Chili Cheese Fried Chicken. I hope you can give this a try at home too.

Here are the ingredients:

1 1/2 kilo chicken
3 tsp iodized salt
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 medium eggs

For Breading

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tasty boy garlic-flavored breading mix
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cayenne powder

For Cheese Sauce
1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups evaporated milk
1 cup grated cheese
2 tbsp cheese powder
salt and pepper to taste

NOTE:
COOKING IS ALL ABOUT YOUR TASTE. JUST ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.
