I had long pepper sitting in my Indian spices for at least 5 years and I never knew what to do with it…thankfully unopened, I was able to follow your recipe today and it turned out incredible!!! I never knew such an amazing spice existed. Thank you for the recipe interpretation! I hope others get to see this. I did make some ghee with cultures butter that I don't know how much affected the final taste, but it was incredible. 🎉🎉🎉
