THE RECIPE
An Italian-inspired chili combines traditional chili ingredients with Italian flavors like herbs, tomatoes, and sausage. Here’s a delicious Italian Man Chili recipe with a hearty Italian twist:
Ingredients:
• 1 lb (450g) Italian sausage (mild or spicy) browned
1 package of Italian sausage cut into 3rds. Browned.
• 1 lb (450g) ground beef turned into meat balls. Browned.
Meatballs contain:
1 egg
1/2 cup pork rinds
Seasoning to your liking.
• 1 large onion, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
• 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with basil and garlic
• 1 cup beef broth (or red wine for richness)
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp dried basil
• ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Fresh basil and Parmesan cheese for garnish
Optional toppings:
• Grated Parmesan cheese
• Fresh basil leaves
• Crusty Italian bread for dipping
Drizzle Balsamic on top before serving
1. Cook the sausage and beef: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage and ground beef, breaking them apart as they cook. Cook until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
2. Sauté vegetables: Add the diced onion, red bell pepper, and minced garlic to the pot. Cook for about 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are softened and the garlic is fragrant.
3. Add tomato paste and spices: Stir in the tomato paste, dried oregano, basil, fennel seeds, and red pepper flakes (if using). Let cook for about 2 minutes to let the spices bloom.
4. Add tomatoes and beans: Pour in the crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes with basil and garlic, cannellini beans, and kidney beans. Stir to combine.
5. Add broth and balsamic vinegar: Pour in the beef broth (or red wine) and balsamic vinegar, then bring the chili to a simmer. Reduce the heat, cover, and let it cook for 30-40 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning: After simmering, taste the chili and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
7. Serve: Serve the Italian chili hot, garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil. Pair it with crusty Italian bread for dipping.
This Italian Man Chili is a fusion of bold Italian flavors with the heartiness of classic chili, combining the spiciness of Italian sausage and aromatic herbs with the warmth of beans and tomatoes. Perfect for a twist on your usual chili!

This is a bastardized Ragu

Zimbabwe themed chili next please, ask the AI to make it extra Zimbabwe
Do you and Tammy swing?
Gotta change the wegetables
Where's the two year old brisket?
This is more like AA cooking with the amount of wine you put in there.
You should review a cooking lesson
“Every time we make a chili we follow the same steps.” Ummm no you don’t.
Cooking with AI? So none of it is Jack Recipes anymore? '3'o
It's really sad to see Jack's health declining so much, yet he continues to eat like this. I hope he realises how badly this is impacting his health and changes for the better.
Jack can I order some barbeque sauce
@Jack , you seem in a really bad shape. We all gotta do what we gotta do for money, but why not take a break and focus on your health ? Your fans would really appreciate that.
Please. Your voice is really scary lately.
love you jack
Please stop calling yourself a chef. You miss so hard every single damn time.
2:53 all of this sounds horrific…also it's no longer chilli
Pretty sure his apron says "dont worry I can do this I watched a youtube" lmao i'd say he's the king of half assing stuff, but that's probably an insult to half assing something
When he said the cheese has been aged for 2 years I’m pretty sure he meant it’s been sitting in his fridge for 2 years.
Unsubscribed. We don't do that AI slop here. Sad to see the downfall of one of the greats, hope you change your ways.
