I love that you do so many 1-2 portion recipes! Makes it so easy as a solo cook
This is truly wonderful- silky, sweetness popping w green onion. The tomatoes available, however, were not that good but the maple syrup more than made up for their deficiencies. I always keep San Marzano tomatoes on hand and when I try again, I think I might choose those.
Thanks , Wil, for a great dinner. The steamed broccoli from Dining In is a wonderful accompaniment. āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø
One more thing: be VERY careful when using salt w pasta water. I overdid it and almost ruined the dish. I use reduced salt tamari and it was still too salty for my husband- who is also sensitive to too much red pepper. I omitted the dry chili and used some pepper flakes in addition to the cayenne. Too spicy and salty for himš¢
This looks so delectable. I'm definitely going to try this. Thank you so much Wil! ā¤
