It never ceases to amaze me with your culinary skills. I was impressed by this meal because I’m big on eating a lot of vegetables. The idea of stuffed peppers with vegetables & rice looked absolutely amazing! Next time I make stuffed peppers I’ll try yours. Love that ornery bird, your cats, dogs, chickens, rooster, cows….ducks!
