Homemade Cordon Bleu Recipe | Chef Tatung



I’m always looking for the perfect dish to serve, especially one that’s perfect for seconds! That’s why I’m sharing this versatile Cordon Bleu recipe—it’s delicious, works great as a main course, and can be paired with other sides or enjoyed as a snack. Give it a try!

Ingredients:

– 1 pc. Whole chicken breast (butterfly cut)
– 1 pc. Maggi Magic Sarap
Season with/ black pepper
– 4 pcs. Chicken ham
– 4 pcs. Melting cheese, sliced

For gravy
– 4 Tbsp. Butter
– 4 Tbsp. Flour
– 2 cloves Garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup Button mushrooms
– 1 tsp. Mustard
– 1 1/2 cup Water
– 1/2 Tbsp. Maggi Magic Sarap
– 1/2 cup All-purpose cream
– 1/2 cup Melting cheese
Season with/ salt & black pepper

Dredging
Egg, season with salt
Flour, season with Garlic powder, Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika
Breadcrumbs

Oil, for frying

  4. Chef what did you do with the chicken after rolling & covering it with plastic wrap? Did you steam or oven it? D ba masama sa kalusugan yung plastic? I want to try this recipe. Can I use foil instead? And btw, how many minutes will it take to oven the Cordon Bleu after frying? TIA
