Actually in india mostly we replace corn flour wirh besan ( chickpea flour) which is far more healthier and tatses better than corn flour but u have to limit usage coz heavy chickpea flour may cause loose stools if consumed but yeah limiting fried food is good for health so ur diet will be balanced as u limit ursleves when cooking with besan. I guess mostly indian restaurents in west use corn flour as chick pea flour availability is less in west but u can try with that do believe me chef it tastes great n its good vedio chef James keep going thanks…
Would love your take on indianised dishes. Like fried rice but made the indian way.
Hey ! Great videos ! Try watching recepies that are everyday mom's cooking recepies that indians eat as daily diet like MATTAR PANEER , YELLOW TADKA DAL , RAJMA. And true BILONA GHEE is very very different in taste and procedure than clarified butter.
If you ever come to India, Calcutta then please let me know, I would love to host you. I recently opened my own Indo-Chinese restaurant. It's authentic Indo-Chinese food. Basically Immigrants from China who came here Invented this style of cooking and the only China Town of India is located in Calcutta. so if you want to experience the authentic Indo-Chinese food then Calcutta is the best place.
