CILANTRO LIME SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
70g cilantro
1/2 cup cashews
1 tsp salt
1 lime
1/3 cup water
CILANTRO LIME SAUCE DIRECTIONS:
1. Add the ingredients to a high powered blender and blend on high until liquified. Then, pour into a squeeze bottle if desired
CHILI MANGO SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
2 cups mango (cubed)
3 tbsp water
1/4 cup spicy mayo
3 tbsp chili oil
2 tbsp cane sugar
1/2 tsp salt

I can’t have cashews or almonds, could I substitute Brazil nuts or do you have a better idea.

The sauces look so good and I can literally savour their yummy taste visually. I am from India, famous for its rich and varied sauces, which we call chutney and these sauces form an integral part of our cuisine. It is wonderful to see you incorporate sauces into your regular meal to add a different dimension to it.

For those with an aversion to cashews substitute white beans. They blend easier and will provide for a creamier sauce. 👍
