Unlike others who put rice, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes in their Bell Peppers, our version Stuffed Bell Peppers calls for the use of the Green Bell Peppers only. We also make a stuffing that consists of Ground beef, Shrimp, Ham, crab meat, butter, breadcrumbs and my favorite New Orleans seasonings to create a one-of-a-kind Stuffed Bell Pepper that’s made only in New Orleans. But what you said about no one but those in New Orleans make shrimp stock the way y'all do. I have lived in TN/ GA all my life and I wanted shrimp stock one day and decided I'd make some. So I started putting together all the flavors I wanted with my shrimp shells and heads and water. OMG the flavor was so good!!! When you told the ingredients you used I couldn't believe you had my recipe, lol😂 I guess it's true great mind think alike!! I just found your channel and subscribed immediately! ❤❤❤❤
Oh my I made these before….not with shrimp or crawfish….but with ground beef but I will definitely try with shrimp soon
If you put them in the refrigerator and the third or fourth day, you realize you’re not gonna use them at that time can you freeze them?
If you put them in the freezer, what do you have to do to prepare them to be used? Do you need to thaw them out first or can you put them directly in the oven? Should it be at 350 or another temperature and how long shall it cook for?
