Simple Sauteed Carrots with Chili Oil



15 Minutes is all you need to make a quick carrot side, feel free to replace the brown sugar with honey or maple syrup, add herbs like fresh thyme, rosemary, or lavender, but always finish with some salt and a hint of spice.

  3. I use carrot greens as a sub for parsley all of the time! I don't like parsley and don't use it enough to have a whole bunch. But i always have carrots!
