Chili Lime Shrimp Tutorial #shorts

INGREDIENTS

Shrimp Marinade
• 6-10 Shrimp ( Peeled & Deveined)
• 2 Tbsp Lemon luice
• 1/2 tsp Paprika
• 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
• 1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
• 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

• 1/4 C Green Pepper and Onion ( Cut into small pieces)
Serve with white rice of choice, avocado

DIRECTIONS

1. Peel shell and remove poop shoot out of shrimp (reference video) . Place all shrimp into bowl.

2. In the a small bowl, combine all ingredients for the marinade minus the shrimp. Put about 1 1/2 Tbsp aside. We will use that later to top once the shrimp is cooked.

3.Add remaining sauce into the shrimp bowl and coat shrimp well.

4. In a sauce pan, add 1/2 tsp oil on low/medium heat. Once warm, add in shrimp, peppers and onion.Per the size below flip your shrimp on the half way mark for designated minutes.

a. Medium size shrimp will take 3-4 minutes. Until pink.
b. Large size shrimp will take 3-5 minutes

c. Jumbo shrimp will take 6-7 minutes.

5. Once cooked, add shrimp to preferred rice and top with avocado.
