This chili is easy and tasty and perfect to make ahead of time.
Ingredients-
Beef Mince 500g
1 small onion chopped
1 can of four bean mix (or beans of your choice)
1 690g jar of Passata
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
Fresh chili if you want
Sour cream if you want
Method-
Put oil in a medium to high heat pan and fry onion until soft.
Add mince and brown off.
Add Passata, beans, chili powder, garlic powder, Cumin, salt and water.
Put the lid on and bring to the boil.
Reduce heat to the lowest setting and cook for 1 and a half hours. Stirring occasionally.
My husband likes to garnish with fresh chilis and sour cream and have with corn chips.
I like mine served on toast with sour cream.
