ingredients:
masala powder:
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
2 cloves
1/2 inch cinnamon
2 cashew
1 dry red chilli
1 tsp dry fenugreek leaf

process:
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
some curry leaf
1 fine chopped onion
1 and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3/4 tsp salt
250 gram chicken breast
3/4 tsp garam masala(optional)
some curry leaf
1/2 cup cooked rice
1/2 tsp pepper
