Keto Beef Chili
Are you a fan of chilies? Well, you will definitely like this recipe.
It’s beef cooked in some herbs and spices with tomatoes and of course,
chili powder. Everything goes well with chili! It enhances the flavor of
anything you eat. Surely, a must-try dish!.
Preparation / cooking time: 15 minutes
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
150 grams ground Beef
¼ White Onions, chopped
1 Garlic cloves, minced
50 grams of canned Tomatoes, chopped
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tsp Coconut Aminos
¼ cup Water
1 tsp Chili powder
½ tsp Cumin seeds
¼ tsp dried Oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
Procedure:
1. Heat a non-stick skillet and add olive oil.
2. Add the ground beef.
3. Add the onions and garlic.
4. Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Mix it until well combined.
5. Season it with coconut aminos.
6. Pour over the water.
7. Sprinkle with the spices., herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix the mixture
until well combined and continue cooking until the beef is thoroughly cooked.
