  1. But be careful when you add the cheese: if the pan is too hot, the Parmigiano (or any other kind of cheese) will turn into chunks of chewing gum.

  5. Ich weiß jetzt nicht genau was hier kommentiert wird, Musik, Baby Stimme, Familie oder vielleicht doch das Rezept. Die Grund-Idee ist gut, sehr viel Salz bei wenig Lachs ( denk an das Baby ), wenn ich Lachs von beiden Seiten so lange brate, ist der trockener als trocken und dann noch mal kochen, noch trockener. Zum Glück gibt es Soße dazu. Von beiden Seiten ganz kurz anbraten um den Bratensatz zu bekommen und dann in der Soße bis zum richtigen gar Punkt bringen, dann wird es etwas.

    I simply love to cook. I love fish, and salmon.
    I once tried this recipe, with tomatoes and all, but not with spinach, I served with couscous, or boiled potatoes, rice sounds tasty as well. Magnificent! ❤

    Capers are a delicious addition to this recipe.
    It can also be made with left over salmon (1 fillet left over from dinner the night before) and mixed with pasta. We do a version of this on a regular basis.

  11. Ah good! You realised tongs are a much better option for turning than a spatula. That is a TON of garlic for a delicate fish like salmon. You took the skin off! Why?
