Who doesn’t love chicken? Today, I’m excited to share a popular recipe from Simpol the Cookbook: Herb Roast Chicken.

It’s the perfect dish for your next family dinner or any special occasion you’re celebrating. The best part? It’s so easy to make, especially with the help of La Germania, because it’s MADE FOR EVERY LIFE. So, whatever you’re cooking for and whoever you’re cooking for, there’s nothing to worry about!

Ingredients:

– 1 Whole Premium Choice Chicken
– 1 Tbsp. Salt
– 1 Tbsp. Crush Black Pepper
– 1 Whole Garlic
– 1 tsp. Dried Rosemary
– 1 tsp. Dried Oregano
– 1 tsp. Lemon Zest
– 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
– ½ pc. Lemon Juice
– 1 pc. Onion

Water, for Boiling
– 1 pc. Carrot, chopped
– 4 pcs. Potato, chopped
Season with Salt

– 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Use remaining drippings
– 1 Tbsp. Flour
– 2 Tbsp. Butter
– 1 cups Chicken Stock
Season with Salt & Black Pepper
