This man knows exactly what he is doing. That man said dry thyme is a scam. He is so right fresh thyme is the best. Chicken looks amazing 😍🎉🎉
Looks delicious but can you please make a baked oven crispy chicken
I don't understand sometimes what Jamaicans say: Yet I love to Hear them talk? I don't know if that makes sense! Anyway I plan on trying the recipe, but no scotch pepper in my area.
Dry thyme is a scam. 😂
Aye-aye-aye, looks and sounds DELICIOUS 🤤🤤!
I can't wait to make this! Thank you!😊
Trying this definitely as soon as I can find the all spice pods .u don't always get them here in Trinidad in the grocery
I have a wicked rub already but I love the way u cook so this is a must ❤❤❤❤
Where’s the neck? The best part of the chicken 😉
I like potato starch for crispy coatings. I can never get cornstarch so it tastes cooked.
This looks very delicious and all my favourite spices. I will try this.
You really did well, with technique and explanations….job well done!!

Where is this restaurant outside of Mobay?
Excellent I love that recipe for real
I dry my thyme from my garden when I prune my thyme bush. Is that a scam?
There's no fried chicken like black Americans chicken that's the original chicken 💯
Just came across your video. The chicken looks yummy
In your get to know you video, you share that you have not thought about teaching, but as a pass Heart trainee and a present Heart Instructor. You would make a world of difference, Instructing. Your diction is excellent, and your instructions are very clear. Keep on teaching and sharing. Love the lessons. Learning and enjoying
My mouth is watering. My boss is Jamaican and makes jerk chicken when we have a pot luck. I suppose it's spicy for most people but I love spice so it was just right. Sounds like this might be about the same?
I like to marinade in a good quality clip lock bag that way I can suck some of the air out just before closing it and it's easier to check on and give a quick massage too if necessary.
Jamaican is the absolute best & Melanated southern American food comes in as second best for me 🔥
Excellent, thank you!❤
Gang
I can see all the herbs, and spices ..Chicken isn't chiccen unless it's fresh out the oil.
