Welcome back to the very LAST episode of Crocktober! Today I’m making the best slow cooker beef stew recipe ever! Seriously this is such a budget friendly meal because you can use a very inexpensive cut of meat and any vegetables you have in your fridge or pantry. It cooks low and slow and when I’m almost ready to dig in I’ll also share how I make some yummy little garlic knots to serve along with it. This is such a cozy recipe I’ll look forward to making all fall and winter long!
