  5. Chef…i visited ur website….but dont get me wrong.i think ur recipe is ment only for indians & that too i think they should have a basic knowledge of cooking i guess. Its mentioned 1 dhal water…but i dont know what dhal is it? & how do i make that dhal water. And again 10 gms of pepper/ 10 gms cummin seeds….i wish u could have mentioned in table/tea spoon…..ur recipes i love to try but for amateur like me its difficult. In the kitchen its easier for people to have spoons but now i need to buy one mini weighing scale……its mouth watering to watch ur recipes but sadly not able to cook( maybe u r not able to communicate/present for amateurs and non- indians)….i hope i can try ur pepper rasam….but damn what dhal is it? How do i make dhal water?….

  6. Sairam. Vahchef Sir, I regularly watch your presentations and I like the way you go about the explanation. But in the end when you taste the food, I always wish I could also do so with you.Anyway I know that it's not possible.
Good going Sir. Keep it up.

  7. sir…your recipies are very tasty…i have never prepared rasam in my life…but for the first time in 13 years of married life i prepared miriyalu rasam and my family loved it

  8. Can someone plz tell me if tamrind water is good because I have severe cold and as tamrind is sour will it suit me?

  9. Rasam is different in every house. In my house it's more like an appetizer unless someone has cold and we are a spoonful of crushed peppercorns. Curry leaves, cumin seeds, ginger, red or green chillies and green coriander are a MUST. These all aid in good digestion and most ppl who want to be on diet or having been taking too much protein and need some light food, this is the best one to have. I love my homemade rasam which is similar but different look. Thank you chef!!!
