This looks really good and quite simple to make. I'll have to forego the cilantro though. I'm one of those with tastebuds that say 'cilantro tastes like soap' unfortunately.
Is it better to cut fresh avocado everytime you would want to serve it? I think peeled avocado will turn dark and perish in the fridge after some time.

Hi jack, do your fingers not constantly smell of garlic? Don’t get me wrong I love the smell of garlic when cooking but after running a few cloves of garlic across a grater, the smell doesn’t budge for 48 hours!
