This recipe will fill up 10- 12 poblano peppers
Ingredients
Corn Tortillas
Poblano pepper, roasted
Filling
2 shredded chicken breast
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 chopped Anaheim pepper
1 Tbsp oil
1 tsp salt (Himalayan)
1 tsp black pepper
Savory broth
1 Tbsp oil + 1 Tbsp butter
3 cups chicken broth (tip below)
1/2 white onion, chopped
3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 Tbsp Mexican Oregano
1/2 Tbsp chicken bouillon (Knorr natural chicken bouillon)
3 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup tomato sauce
🌶 Add 4 chiles de árbol for flavorful spice
-If you don’t have chicken broth add 1 Tbsp chicken bouillon to 3 cups warm water
Toppings- queso fresco and queso cotija
