Here are the ingredients:
500g chicken (boneless or not)
1 medium size onion, cubes
1 pc green bell pepper, sliced
1 pc red bell pepper, sliced
1 thumb size ginger, thinly sliced
2-3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
2 pcs chili
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/8 cup all-purpose flour
2-3 tbsp Mang Tomas Sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 pinches Ginisa Mix seasoning
salt to taste
1/2 cup cooking oil
