Tex-Mex Potato Corn Chowder
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp butter
4 lbs potatoes, cubed
1 can whole kernal corn with green chilies
2 cup milk
32 oz. chicken broth
1 (4 oz) can green chilies
1 package country gravy mix
4 oz. processed mexican cheese
In large saucepan, cook and stir celery and onion in butter over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add potatoes and cook on low for 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft, stirring occassionally. Stir in corn and chilies and return boiling. Dissolve gravy mix in milk, stir. Add to boiling mixture, continuing to stir. Top with extra cheese and enjoy!

All of the soups look delicious! It is -24 here in central MN with a feels like temp of -41. Warm soup would make a perfect meal!

As i'm watching your video at 12:55am, it's 21°with a feel like of 16°. Been in a deep freeze here where i live in Arkansas since Sat. Last weekend had avg of 8" of snow. Thsnkfully, it was all but gone by the time the freeze came. The chicken & dumpling soup sounds really good, but the recipe isn't listed☹️

OMG! Just mad the Cajun chicken pasta soup and let me tell you, we love it! I had already made Cajun seasoning in my pantry, so I just added that. It's bitterly cold here in southeast Wisconsin with a windchill around -25 so this really hit the spot. It has just perfect kick without being too spicy. Thanks for posting this amazing soup recipe!

I live in Metairie Louisiana, which is right outside of New Orleans. We had snow for the first time in years and it was like 8 inches of snow. It was so much fun. We actually have a curfew. No one needs to be on the road past 6 o’clock I made a big pot of corn and shrimp chowder. It came out delicious. I have been looking at your recipes for a long time. Love your videos. Stay warm.

YT suggested your channel and I’m glad. We are in NE Ohio where it has been snowing the last few weeks but it’s in the negative teens with wind chill this morning. Grateful for our warm cozy home. I struggle with chicken breast since it dries out so quickly when cooking, so I prefer to use it in soups or casseroles. I actually cook an entire package of chicken breast with some simple seasoning in the crockpot the day I buy it and once it cools, portion it out and freeze to use for recipes later. Will definitely give the white chicken chili a try very soon.
