Ingredients:
Onion: 4 sliced medium size
Tomatoes: 4 medium size cubed
Ginger garlic paste: 5tbsp
Green chillies: Garnish
Green coriander leaves: Garnish
Capsicum (Shimla mirch): 2 cubed. 2 whole (sabit)
Beef (keema): 1 kg
Zeera: 1 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Dhania powder (coriander): 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder (haldee): 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder: 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder: 1 tsp
Oil: 1 cup
Preparation:
In a pot. Add oil. Onion. Cook Till Golden. Add ginger garlic paste. Cook for 1 min. Add minced Beef (keema). Cook till changes color. Add Tomatoes. All the ingredients. Cook for 1 min. Cover for 10 mins in low flame. Uncover. Add capsicum (Shimla mirch). Cover for 5 more mins in a low flame. Now it’s ready. Add Garnish and cover for 5 more mins in low flame. It’s ready to serve.
