  1. Brad, could you maybe edit together from existing vids a 10 min montage of chopping? Everyone wants and needs to see that!

  2. One tip I’ve found when making egg rolls with flour tortillas is to make a little “glue” with 50/50 water and flour and putting that on the inside of the seam when you roll them up. Kinda like how you use water when sealing up a wonton when making a dumplings or something. It works great and they won’t come unraveled.

  3. fire roasting the peppers on the charcoals would be a nice addition, extra smokey element!

  5. Am I the only one who finds it odd that he keeps his knives in their holder with the blades out? Surely that's just asking for problems…

  6. Full disclosure: I've got a vodka in me… Possibly two. Anyways… "Oh God they unraveled immediately." Dude, I woke up my family from laughing so hard lol

    Can't wait until an appropriate hour to make these!

  7. Dude just grill them on the cast iron seam side down for like 30 seconds first to seal them, or shallow fry. You're crazy! I like you but you're crazy!

  8. Should have incorporated the cheese in the filling before rolling. Butter wash the final flap of the tortilla and allow it to set up before deep frying… can also pan fry… or oven roast (egg wash the entire outside)
