White Lemon Pickle Recipe – White Lime Pickle Kerala Style.
A Lemon Pickle made using vinegar, Green Peppercorns, Ginger, Garlic, Mustard etc. Water boiled lemon treated in hot oil to reduce the bitterness of the lemon skin.

Pickling is a common all over the world and an ancient practice.
Lime pickle is salted and mixed with spices preserved in vinegar for future usages.
Lemons boiled in water then semi fried in oil to remove the stains from the skin and make it more tender.

Ginger, garlic, mustard, bird eye chilli, asafoetida etc are the spices and ingredients used to make this pickle.

Pickles should be handled in extreme care for longer shelf life. Instead of big containers use small containers to fill the pickle and use one by one. Always use dry and clean spoons to
take pickles from the bottles and tight the lid immediately after taking pickle from the bottles.
