How To Make Wagyu Texas Chili Recipe | Easy & Delicious Homemade Chili
Welcome To Southern Gentleman’s Table TV. Today we will show you, How to make the ultimate Wagyu Texas Chili with this step-by-step recipe! 🍲🔥 Packed with bold flavors, tender Wagyu beef, and a perfect blend of spices, this hearty chili is a crowd-pleaser for game nights, family dinners, or cozy weekends.

Ingredients:
✅ 2 lbs. Wagyu ground chuck
✅ 16 oz. tomato sauce
✅ 1 cup beef broth
✅ 1 cup Shiner Beer
✅ 1 cup water
✅ 1 medium onion, diced
✅ 1 bell pepper, diced (red or green)
✅ 1 jalapeño, diced (remove seeds for less heat)
✅ 2 cans (15 oz. each) Bush’s Chili Beans, rinsed
✅ 1 package Carroll Shelby’s® Chili Kit
(Use the chili spice packet; adjust cayenne pepper packet to your heat preference. Omit masa packet.)
✅ Salt, to taste

Instructions:-
1. Brown the Wagyu Ground Chuck –
Heat a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add the Wagyu ground chuck and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain excess fat if necessary.
2. Add Vegetables-
Toss in the diced onion, bell pepper, and jalapeño. Sauté with the ground chuck for 5–7 minutes until softened.
3. Incorporate Liquids-
Stir in the tomato sauce, beef broth, Shiner Beer, and water. Mix well to combine.
4. Season the Chili-
Add the chili spice packet from the Carroll Shelby’s® Chili Kit. Adjust the salt to taste and add the cayenne pepper packet for desired heat level. Stir thoroughly.
5. Simmer-
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer the chili for 30–40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Add the Beans-
During the last 10 minutes of cooking, gently stir in the rinsed Bush’s Chili Beans. Allow the flavors to meld.
7. Serve and Enjoy-
Ladle the chili into bowls and top with optional garnishes such as shredded cheese, sour cream, diced onions, or tortilla chips. Pair with warm cornbread or enjoy on its own.
