  1. I have made this about half a dozen times and I (obviously) love it! It is simple and delicious. The vinaigrette elevates it to an amazing dish. The only modification I do is that I omit the paprika as it provides little to no taste.

  2. I made this today for the first time. I thought the dipping sauce needed a tad more honey and the rub was a bit salty. Better to go less salt and add it later at the table. Maybe 25% less on the rub. Yes, I did use Kosher salt. I added a bit more honey to the dipping sauce. I opted to seer the meat for 15 seconds and it was just right. I thought just a smear of oil on the pan would help. Nope. Smoke city. My wife and I liked it.

  3. He just takes this recipe to another level at every step of preparation compared to the usual grilled tuna video… His recipe is chess, not checkers.
