  1. Kyinkyinga is just absolutely delicious, its success is in the seasoning and keeping the kebabs moist.

    I believe there are adulterated versions which use substitutes such as maize.

    But groundnut powder should be the main ingredient, sorry peanut allergy sufferers! But they make the end result far more succulent due to the powder being moist .

    But stock cubes (maggi) & msg are a culinary cardinal sin. I am not saying never use them but best to test your skills by cooking without them ! Lol

  2. I love to make kabob. Maggie chicken boullion is good stuff. First time I see it with a dry rub like this. Looks good. I use fresh garlic, olive oil, hoisin sauce and other ingredients. This looks really good.
