10oz of Cremini Mushrooms, sliced
1oz of Dried Porcini Mushrooms
1 Small Yellow Onion, diced
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
Sprig of Rosemary, finely minced
3/4 cup of Dry White Wine
15oz of Crushed Tomatoes or Puree
12oz of Pappardelle or Rigatoni
1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
Fresh Basil and Parsley
Lots of Freshly Grated Parm
Salt and Pepper to taste

Beautiful dish, we love this kind of dishes. I am bilingual, I speak German * I am German* and English * I live in the UK since 1997 * but I also do often speak half a sentence in German and then the other half in English or, just 2 words in the middle are English and the start and end is German. I myself do not even notice it until I see the confused look of people I am talking too. My family is used to it.

Iām going to try this recipe with vegetarian sausage to make it plant based. Unfortunately the best veggie sausages, LiteLine, changed and ruined their recipe so I canāt recommend a good brand.
