for the ground meat the seasoning used:
salt and pepper
garlic powder and fresh as well
chopped some onions
red and green bell peppers
smoke paprika
homemade pasta sauce
Raw Cheddar Cheese
cooked the bell pepper at 350 degrees for 30 minutes removed them from the oven
stuffed them and put them back in for 5 more minutes for the cheese to melt.
