I made some delicious vegan chili in the slow cooker – SO easy!
Recipe:
1 Onion, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup green lentils, rinsed
1 TBSP chili powder
1 TSP paprika
1 TSP cumin
1/4 TSP garlic powder
1/8 TSP cayenne pepper (add more if you like it SPICY)
Garlic salt, to taste
4 cups vegetable broth (3.5 cups if you want a thicker chili)
Mix all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
