  1. Wash wash wash, peal peal peal, chop chop chop.. and there is work work work, learn learn learn, think think think, progress progress progress… its good that you made food your profession and thats how things fall into place for you to tell others that refrigerated food is lifeless. Lets all do that and wait for the economy to crash and sit in the kitchen cooking 4 times a day. 😊

  2. Wow! I like your ponytail but silky(JET BLACK) hair, floating, flowing till waist like pendulum is a divine joy.
Grow your hair for Suri Saab please.

  3. I vouch for whatever you said Anita, frozen food was never a part of Indian eating culture, in the name of trends people copy anything and everything for views.

  4. Irony is when creators who have great knowledge and expertise in aurveda don’t get that much recognition than people who just mix stuff and fool people in the name of ‘healthy food’. They will promote everything accept ayurveda. For example: Satvic movement Channel. They promote Raw Veganism which is very harmful practice for our body that too in the name of ayurveda. These so called dhongi yogis get recognition but people like her, fit tuber etc don’t get that much recognition. It’s very sad to see poor people fall into this trap.

  5. Thank you so much ma'am ❤
Ma'am please please tell me Apple Cider vinegar is safe..!! Pls reply 😘❤️🙏

  6. I like your videos but this information was crap.. frozen food can still taste the same.. did ayurveda allow to strain the juice.. why not take the entire fibre?

  7. You use ayurveda conveniently where you want to & wherever you don’t want. If you follow it follow all the rules else don’t use it whenever you want to justify a point. Its okay if you don’t wanna use the rules everywhere, absolutely fine but do not use in justifying a point. Makes no sense.

  8. Ma’am we get amla mostly during winter, if we want to have amla through out the year how can we store it without freezing?

  9. Modern science says freezing preserves nutrients. In fact frozen fruits are often more nutritious than fresh fruits since they are frozen at peak time. Freezing can make it easier to consume healthy meals regularly for people who have a full time job and a family to spend time with.

  10. You are out of touch…. frozen fruits and veggies are known to be healthier than fresh coz freezing preserves nutrients…so yes cooked frozen meals are equally delicious as well coz we all have to survive work and eat health 😅
